Who we are:Tarek Sadi & Aswin — a small, personal matchmaking service in Berlin. Contact: hello@meetnela.com.

What we collect: your name, phone number, email, and what you tell us in the intake call — including dating preferences, which can reveal your sexual orientation. We process this only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), solely to make personal introductions.

Calls: calls are not recorded. A text transcript is kept.

Where your data lives:our database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Supabase). The voice call itself is processed by Vapi Inc. (USA) and its speech and language subprocessors, under standard contractual clauses. We cannot claim EU-only processing and don't.

Who sees it: only the two of us. No advertising, no selling data, no automated decisions without a human.

Deletion: email us and everything is deleted — our database and our processors — within 30 days. You can withdraw consent any time.
