Adults only: Nela is for people aged 18+ in Berlin. Anyone under 18, or anyone seeking contact with a minor, is removed from the service.

Illegal activity: do not use Nela to commit, plan, promote, or facilitate any unlawful act.

Prohibited content and conduct: sexually explicit profile content or other material submitted for intake or matching; sexual exploitation or abuse of children; sexual violence; non-consensual content or conduct; human trafficking or sex trafficking, including facilitating either; fraudulent activity designed to deceive or defraud Nela users; harassment, threats, stalking, prostitution, solicitation, scams, or impersonation.

Enforcement: Nela may reject content, pause matching, investigate, restrict or remove someone, preserve relevant records, or report or disclose information where law permits or requires it.

Report a concern: email hello@meetnela.com with the person's name or contact details, what happened, when it happened, and any evidence you can safely share.

Immediate danger: contact German police on 110 or emergency services on 112. Nela cannot provide emergency response.
